I had the worst experience of my life here today. I was promised my insurance was taken here when I made my appointment back in august. I was VERY clear that my insurance wasn’t covered at most dermatologist in Virginia and that I needed it to be checked that it would be taken. I have been going to Savola for years. She is really a Good Dr. But I always end up with a long wait and She always seems in a hurry. My boyfried also goes there for annual check ups. I made an appt. in January for March. The day before my appt. I was called and told she had to cancel. and it would be 3 more months till I could get in. Dr Savola is a talented medical professional who really cares about her patients. Each time we have a visit, she makes us feel like our concerns are important and not rushed. It is difficult to always run on time BUT that’s only because she gives each patient the attention and time they need and deserve!! Most definitely worth the small wait for excellence!! My entire family sees Dr Savola and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!
I have been so disappointed with this office for over a year now but today put the nail in the coffin. I had an appointment today which I made six months ago, and guess what, they were not open today.Drove over twenty minutes to get there and they were closed!! Dr. Savola is like going to see an old friend even on your 1st visit!! She would do good to lead a class on how to be an approachable and professional medical doctor. I see many doctors due to chronic illness and can say without a doubt she is Top Notch!!! Very disappointed that Kristy & Pinar are no longer at the Spa. They both did exceptional work. A bad decision to let these two ladies leave because you have also lost my business as well.
I have experience nothing but excellent and professional service at Dr. Savola's Office and in the spa. Dr. Savola is an extremely thorough physician and I trust her opinion and judgement.
I love Dr. Savola. She takes her time and is very thorough. I believe she cares about her patients. I've never had any issues with this center.
