The service of their sales guy named Savvy was really great. He made sure that you are updated on the process. The installation took a bit longer due to shortage of available electricians. But when he said that it would be installed in 2 wks, it really happened. The guys who installed my battery and solar upgrade did great. It didn't take whole day to finish and test to make sure everything is A ok...not to mention their price quoted was really competetive and rrasonable. Thanks to Saving Earth!
Super efficient and timely communication all the way. Installed within a week of quote acceptance (Fox Battery) and the installers did a very good job of explaining everything from stat to finish and clean up as well was impressive.. Highly recommend and would use again
Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Gave an Email quote for Split Air-conditioning installation which, even though almost double of what was originally quoted, was agreed. But, when I called back and emailed back, several times, no replies whatsoever from the person called, Shiv Lakra. I don't understand what kind of business these people are running. Highly recommended. Saavy followed up all the way till the system ( Inverter and Battery) was installed. He was very polite to answer all queries and provided constant updates. Very happy that i chose Saving Earth.Installer Kanwal was good and did a clean job. They even organised to collect the boxes.
Used this company as our provider for a Solar Battery system. They were one of the cheaper options available among a dozen other firms offering the same package - FoxESS 42kW + 10kW inverter for about $5,600. Although I initially had my doubts, they were able to come through, get everything organised in less than 2 weeks and even had my installation done on Boxing Day to ensure it was done before the 31 Dec cut-off for the govt subsidy.
