Customer service is terrible, wont recommend
An extremely bad experience with this company. They initially told me it was 315 L, but when I checked it was only just over 215 L — not enough for our family to use. I gave feedback by message, but they insisted I call them even though I explained that my English isn’t very good (I had clearly written the whole situation). Their customer service is really poor; the staff kept passing me from one person to another (including a manager).
