I have been shopping at Savers for years. I am a very loyal customer. I went to purchase a few items, one of the items was a panty. I looked at nearly all of the panties and there was no panty above the price of $5.49. None. The panty that I chose had no tag on it and when the lady went to re-tag it, she came back with the price of $10.00 even! For a panty! That is unethical and a scam. My mother in law purchased 2 bags of loose parts LEGO to give to my nephews at Christmas. She purchased them at the Burlington location on Fairview street. On Dec. 19 I opened the bags to clean and divide the LEGO up. Not only was there garbage like old candies and bottle caps but there were DANGEROUS items as well like shards of BROKEN GLASS, SCREWS and CORRODED BATTERIES. I feel that up until now I have been very forgiving of this store. My first bad experience was when I found a (thankfully dead) bed bug in the bag that held the merchandise I purchased about a year ago. Since then I have been careful to examine everything. That was followed by a pair of shoes a few months after that contained webs and dead insects that thankfully I did not try on. These were reported to cashiers who showed very little response.
