My husband and I were in the store recently and realized the store no longer had a changing room. So we purchased clothing with the intent to return the clothing that didn't fit, since we couldn't try anything on in the store. All of the registers were self-checkout, there wasn't anyone to ask about the return policy, nor was the policy posted anywhere that we could find. I think it is criminal what they are doing! Their prices are way to high! Selling broken and ripped clothing. All donated and they don't care, and taking advantage of ripping off people, that can't even afford to shop there anymore! So disappointing! They shouldn't get away with this anymore! Real Criminals!

Unfortunately, they are supporting racist products being sold here. *************** have been seen by me and others posted on ****** as proof. I am a long-time resident of this town. Been coming here for years. Noticed the new lady managing has flipped the entire energy of this location. They take donations from the local community and then throw half of it away instead of donating it to places that really help people in need. Value Village doesn't help anyone even if your house burned down. Which I witnessed firsthand when someone's home burned down and they wouldn't donate to am autistic 4 year old boy but the exact same day they threw away an entire dumpster full of children's toys. There is no fitting room I have got 7 work pants 5 fits 2 didnt I wen to the store and ask refund no refund only exchange they said ,I dont have to buy something else that I dont need.There must be a refund it is just a rip off from customers.

i paid big dollars for stuffs. when i took them home '' it doesn't works or defective'' garbage. with no return. plus they priced stuffs crazy expensive than amazon or ebay. in the same time goodwill they accept the returns perfectly.

Savers has deceptive business practices! First and foremost they are not a nonprofit nor do they give to nonprofit organizations as they advertise they do! On top of that I took a friend who was starting a corporate job and needed business clothing and so I asked the cashier about the return policy which she got wrong, and so my friend who bought $148 worth of clothing which due to the pandemic was unable to try them on at the store. I took a friend to savers because she started a corporate job and needed professional clothing. Due to the pandemic you cannot try on clothing at the store. At check out I asked the clerk what the return policy was and she told us to keep the receipt and tags on to recess refund. When my friend brought back the clothes that did not fit they refused to give her a refund, and even made it very difficult for her to get other things in exchange!
