Staff are greedy and racist Hispanics. I was racially profiled here and none of the staff did anything to help. One of the staff thought the prices I had were too low so they took all of my things and repriced them 3x as original. They wouldnt even give me half of it back until I asked. It was trash and meh quality so I left most of it, but it was a messed up situation. Hope this savers gets shut down. This place is supposed to be affordable for people. Its ridiculous.

Long story short:We came to make a first time donation for the. We handed boxes to each of the two employees, removed more boxes, & placed them on the ground.One had said DONT PUT THEM ON THE GROUND. Location: Value village, Waterdown. The "manager" name ******** is very unprofessional. Blonde lady. I wanted to return my items I purchased for $150.00 to exchange for different size clothes. I understand your policy but I am a member here, been a member for 2 decades, I never had this problem ever in my life before and I tried to show her the policy online. Manager ***** is awful. Told me I couldnt have a coupon because my donation wasnt big enough. Shes always rude to everyone. Wont donate there anymore. The other locations are always happy to have donations and are friendly. She is mean to people who have trouble using self checkout also

Theres No Refund Policy ************ to handle Even Exchange..Scam to Charge More for Like for Like Even Exchange..Verbally Explained Exchange, Policy Not Posted or Stated On Receipt..Theres a Calculated Risk in Purchasing an Item and not Getting Your Money Back or Even Exchange for the Tagged Value of the Item..

Store #**** On Saturday 22/23 I had a horrible experience with a sales associate and with the store manager. A few days prior I purchased several shoes by *************************** at $5.99. On this visit I found a similar pair in not as great condition but without a price sticker. This location is beyond unprofessional. The floor manager is completely rude and dismissive. I have not been to the store since the remodeled to have less paid employees and expect people who donate the free items and then pay for them only to have to use a SELF CHECKOUT!!! This is past insulting. Its downright despicable! The only open til was marked CASH ONLY to deter people from using the only staff assisted lineup. My girlfriend works at the Value Village on ****** and ***************** take her lunch and get her something to drink because they do not provide any drinking water at this facility. My girlfriend is diabetic and I just wanted to make sure she was staying well hydrated and to make sure her blood sugar is not to high or too low. I would also try and help her and the other ladies there by helping sweep up the store and put clothes where they needed to be so they can get out of there at a decent hour. I went to Savers in ************* to buy some pants on Senior Day. Purchased 4 pairs, got my discount and left. When I got home, I tried the pants on. Two fit, two didn't. Knowing I would be in the area in 2 days, I put them aside to do an EVEN exchange. I went to that store 2 days later, found what I wanted at the EXACT same price plus another pair for $3.49.
