We can't say enough great things about working with Dave and his team. We dragged him along with us on our quest for the perfect home over the course of a year or so and he was supportive and patient with us as first time homebuyers. He went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. We purchased our home while living out of state and Dave was such a huge help. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy in Maryland.

Dave came highly recommended by our goods friends who had just closed on a lengthy short sale and they couldn't say enough good things about how he had helped them through the process. Dave was extremely responsive and professional throughout the process and was patient with our many first home buyer questions. He also made excellent recommendations about financing. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Dave to sell our house. After meeting with several agents we chose to work with Dave because he was knowledgeable about our area and the market, was responsive to both myself (female) and my husband (the other agents would only speak to my husband) and he had solid advice on how to prepare our home for the market.
