They came out to repair our 20 year old air conditioner and found another issue which increased the repair cost by over 50%. I needed to get the A/C fixed so I told them to go ahead. Although they didn't do anything wrong, the A/C is just old and has issues, the manager waived the extra cost of the repair as a goodwill gesture. I couldn't believe it and am very grateful. I will definitely contact them first when I start shopping for a new air conditioner either later this year or next.
The team at Save Home Heat was great to work with. The sales person met with us and reviewed the options from entry level to top of the line, making suggestions for what would work best in our size home. It was not a 'hard sell' to buy the most expensive. I appreciated that. The install team was on time and efficient.
