The rent was too high and God forbid you are a day late with rent! They charge a very high late fee. My sister lived there for 9 years and they pretty much kicked her out so they can update her unit. It was them and a few other people they did it to!!!

Rent very expensive. And then will make u pay for parking with a monthly fee. Forget pets. $30 a month per pet plus $350 deposit you never get back. The heating and air conditioning you pay for also goes into common areas and your drafty apartment. The places are not insulated and the windows are drafty. Worst of all you will pay for water as a communal bill. They won't tell you how they figure out how much you will be billed. But you will pay for your neighbors use of water. I have been living at Savannah Trace Apartments for the past 4 years. I have enjoyed living here. Any maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Enjoyed living here for 4 years. Any maint problems have been delt quickly. maint and office staff have been friendly. Am concerned about no smoking rules and how it will effect existing customers.
