I have rented from these folks for quite some time. They are great and professional. I feel safe with my little girls becasue they do keep up on the crime trends in the area. I looked at some of these reviews and I pretty sure they didn't qualify to rent and the one lady talking about serious inquiries and that was unprofessional makes no sense. First of all, they asked us to come to their "office" to fill out paperwork, but their "office was a 12" by 5" window that you could barely see or speak through. As a prospective buyer we were not impressed at all. It was 90° outside and we were expected to stand on a porch outside of this window to fill out paperwork for more than an hour. Nothing about this place was hospitable or friendly. The boss was never there, pretty sure there isn't one. Dont go here. It isnt worth your time at all.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. "Krystal" at the front desk has absolutely no idea how to do her job. She neglected to give us very important information AFTER we had already given her, and her company money for an application. Due to this we had to call the company several times which meant "Krystal" would get sassy and give attitude. I sent an inquiry through Zillow about a property for rent and wanting to come out and see the property. I received an email later on in the evening from Sabrina asking if I was willing and able to pay the deposit in the rent because her office is only interested in serious inquiries. This office is ridiculous. That is very unprofessional behavior. I was extremely insulted by the email and I felt the email was sent with very little respect and poor etiquette . I will not be doing business with this company ever.

Worse people to rent/buy from me an my wife have rented from them for 2 years an sence we moved in we had running water so we thought sence its been on for this long it part of the rent well now me an my pregnet wife are being kicked out for so called taking water illegally dont waist your money a trailer would be better then this also you have a guy that walkes through your house every month an tells you do this an that or you will pay 400$ fine an theres allways buyers in an out at least 3 times a week
