This place is beautiful and if i ever get the chance to visit Savannah again this is where i will be
New Year's Eve 12/31/13. Terrible hospitality. 2 hours late with our room, ac not working, rude front desk, restaurant and bar staff and that's just for starters. Should have stayed across the river. Very disappointed I brought my family here.
