Had a great time here last February for the South Atlantic Conference Married Lovers Retreat.
Poor service, no towels in the room. overwhelmed consiere desk... offered me a pull out couch when I reserved a room 2 weeks in advance...?? breakfast ran out of plates for about an hour while trash overflowed its basket into breakfast line. Food was scarce... and there were only spoons to eat with?? I made the request NOT to have my bill slid under the door for account security reasons on new years... this request was ignored and im sure the staff found it funny that the bill was left half exposed to anyone in the hallway. ... read more
