was there three days ago and stayed at Hilton in historic savannah.just a beautiful renovated hotel.loved it.will be back to visit and do more tours.we did do carriage ride.came home to new Port Richey fla because of Dorian and praying it doesn't change and go more west.prayers for all of Savannah now too

My Mother and her family are from Savannah area. I visited a few times during my childhood, but have really enjoyed our annual family reunions at George Smith State Park. Each time that we have visited Savannah following the reunion has been an enjoyable experience. Some of my favorite places include, Cathedral of St. John, walking down River Street enjoying the shops and scenery, the Fountain at Forsyth Park, taking a boat ride, and a trolley ride and also a ghost tour.
