I’ve been stationed all over the World and I think Savannah is by far the Most Beautiful City in the In The World. Military people think Germany is so Beautiful. I had a BEAUTIFUL TIME visiting your city for Christmas!!! Also had the chance to travel to Tybee Island. Every little shop, the restaurants!!! This was my gift my children gave me. stayed in a BEAUTIFUL AIRBNB across from Forsyth park. Friendly people. I will DEFINITELY return!! Thank you Savannah!!! Happy New Year!!!
Did I just see a group of white face dancers at The inaugural video on the news?? Seriously your new mayor recently attended a no whites meeting to meet the candidates. Now this. Hummmmm
Savannah is a beautiful city with many things to see and do. Unfortunately, every place we visited, except for the Webb Military Museum which was really interesting, everyone was RUDE. I don't know if they were mad about working on New Year's Eve or if this is the norm. Sadly, we will not return for future visits. Spend your money in cities who appreciate tourism and shop small if you want true Southern Hospitality. Come to South Carolina instead!
During my recent visit to Savannah I was beat up and robbed by a few locals. This apparently a common occurrence and I’m urging others to be weary before choosing to visit Savannah. The town is not safe at night time. There has been multiple occurrences of these actions and I’m afraid that the city and the police are doing nothing to stop it. Once again the city and surrounding areas are NOT SAFE at night time. Please think about this before booking your trip and trying to enjoy your stay
