Moved here and brought my dog in to give them my paperwork from the previous vet, and have a exam done. 5 months later, I'm moving again and came to get the paperwork back only to find out they did not keep the paperwork from the previous vet and did not record anything. The paperwork I did receive back, they somehow managed to have the wrong birthday, breed, and reminders. All they could tell me was they didn't have anything else on file. Don't bring your pets here, they have 1 vet for 3 locations, just getting a appt takes... read more

Just wanted to say how very pleased I am with the new veterinarians at Savannah Animal Care / Whitemarsh Animal Care / Tybee Animal Care!! Still love Dr. Jenkins, of course, but my last 2 visits with some of my babies, we were seen by Dr. Beth Franklin & Dr. Karee McBroom. Both are very knowledgeable, energetic & caring, handling my very sick street kitties with such tender loving care! One of my kitties seemed to want to stay! And of course, as always, the rest of the staff are awesome too! :)
Friendly staff and with clean office space. Saw me and my baby immediately. No wait. Pleasant atmosphere.
My poor dog was very sick. Normally my dog doesn't like vets but she seemed very calm with the staff here. The staff was so loving and accomidating. Bella is home now trying to rest although her human sisters are all surrounding her showing their love to her. Thank you Shannon and Dr Jenkins for your loving care. We will be going back to you for any and all future vet needs.
