It absolutely floors me the insensitivity and just general lack of care this clinic has given my dear friend. After watching her lose her beloved service dog, her only solace was to return with her ashes. After dodging her calls, you tell her the remains were cremated with other dogs and can no longer be returned. And yet you still haven’t offered her an apology, a refund or any more contact. I will never use this veterinary service, and I highly suggest others do the same.
Recommendedgenuinely care about what is best for the pet. Great people. Accommodating, understanding and they have a huge heart. Highly recommend.
My dog started seizing Sunday night / Monday morning. I ultimately had to put him down. :( They were able to get me right in. Vet and Tech both very caring and compassionate. Thank you for being there when I needed someone most.
Excellent comfort and compassion when Coal could not be saved last weekend when her vet's office was closed. Not just for her but her 2 legged family. Thank you.
