I was in desperate need for emergency service for my 3 yr old American Eskimo/pug mix. She was attacked by another dog and ripped apart. I called them at 1 o'clock in the morning and was told absolutely bring her in. She was looked at immediately and rushed into surgery. The care, concern, and prompt response is so appreciated. This place is the best. They assured me that my baby would be OK. Called me at 7 am to let me know she made it through surgery with fling colors and would be ready to go home later that day. We needed an emergency visit for our golden while we were here on vacation. They were great about working us in quickly and taking care of the problem. Friendly staff and the doc was great and hands on. If we need them next time we are in town (hope not) we would use them again.
Just dropped my Yorkie off for a grooming and so far I am impressed. Very clean place and the staff was warm and attentive. I spoke to another client while waiting and he spoke very highly of this place. I'm excited to see my Minx after his grooming
Bought a product from Savannah Pet's Smart with the understanding this would kill flees and ticks on my cat had NO Idea that it cause such a horrible reactions to Rocky. Savannah Animal Care literally saved his life. Sentry needs to be pulled from the shelves. Thank you all there you guys Rock!!!

If I could give anything less than half a star, I would. I left my dog for a week and picked him up matted in his own poop and everything he owned had waste on it. Now I understand dogs have accidents, but I paid for him to be cared for. So there's no reason he should've been covered in poop. I had to wash him twice to get it all out and clean everything I took him there with. And their idea of helping clean him up was some kind of oil and a brush.
