The Savage Home Inspection I felt was very thorough and informative as he went through the property I was purchasing. He took his time in inspecting every aspect of the property. I also thought that this company was very reasonable in their charge for such a service.

I can't begin to say enough awesome things about Cory and his recent home inspection on the house my husband and I are buying in Littleton, but he was timely, thorough, complete, kind, professional, and did a simply, simply astounding job! Cory did our home inspection for us just a couple weeks ago. He was thorough, knowledgable, honest, and was able to answer any question we asked him. He explained what he was doing, why certain things were the way they are, and what to expect from our new home. When a service we paid for was not able to be completed at the inspection he promptly refunded the money for that service. Cory is absolutely the best. He is reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. This man takes pictures of things that need to be repaired or replaced, explains in detail any questions you may have and has a lot of patience for new home owners! I had a great experience with Cory and his team! He was easy to reach and was able to get my inspection scheduled quickly. He was friendly and professional and even included me in on some of the things he was doing during the inspection so I could learn more about the process and the home.
