Michael, our technician, arrived at our scheduled time and quickly diagnosed our issues. He thoroughly explained our options for repair along with the associated cost. We have used Savage AC for over 20 years and they have always been great to work with. Follow up visit- we asked the owner, David, to look at our home and determine if replacing our unit would be a standard installation.
