A friend recommended Savage to come take a look at my AC that isn't cooling properly. I called and scheduled someone to come out the same day (Saturday). When the tech arrived he said he didn't have a tall enough ladder to get on my 2 story roof (I mentioned to the person in the office a tall ladder is needed when I scheduled the appointment) and would need to be re-scheduled for Monday and I should hear from them first thing Monday morning.
