I had an appointment with Dr. Sethi, his best and professional behavior and communication is adorable and also I want to say about his Dr assistant (Shadan), she’s really very respectful and professional; I really appreciate her professionalism at all. Really appreciate her.
Dr. Sethi seems more focused on his Instagram presence than on providing proper care to his patients. We went to his office for my dad to be evaluated for constant diarrhea. He came into the room and spent barely one minute with us. We tried to explain my dad’s symptoms and how he was feeling, but he didn’t listen or ask any questions. If i could rate 0 Stars I would, Please go somewhere else, those front desk ladies will waste your time and act unprofessional. I was put on hold multiple times just to be hung up on or even hung up on period. They need to know they represent the doctor.
I love this Dr. I have been seeing him for many years. He is always professional, kind and caring. He takes care of whatever my issue is promptly and always has a smile on his face. The front desk staff are mostly friendly. His office is always busy so you have to be patient I won’t go to anybody else, but Dr Sethi.
The doctor was extremely unprofessional and business-oriented. He first required me to go into the office to see him only to meet him for less than one minute. He literally asked one question and left. Then, the morning of the procedure, he had made me wait for 4 extra hours after a 24hour fasting. That was 4 hours after the appointment time.
