Dr Saunders is knowledgeable, as well as friendly. He has a natural ability to put his patients at ease.
Sense of humor and knowledge
Dr Saunders operated on my first total hip replacement in 2008 with no problems. When I needed hip replacement on my second hip, there was no hesitation in having Dr Saunders do the surgery He is thorough in explaining what to expect before and after surgery He is a wonderful Surgeon
Dr. Saunders listens to and addresses all concerns. I had a knee revision done and it went very well.
Easy to talk to and explains everything well.
The doctor was AMAZING as always, the front office not so much, was talking to me like I was incompetent I was never told I had to pay ANYTHING up front but co pay proceeded to tell me all services need to be paid up front they don't bill, I have new insurance and this is not how it worked you pay co pay bill insurance and go from there, I told her they should have told me that. she said that's not her responsibility!!!! Spent as much time as I needed with me on each visit. Surgery was very successful. Answered all of my questions and genuinely cared about how I was doing. Never rushed. Always patient. Great listener and an obvious expert in his field.
Dr. Saunders is an exeptional doctor. He combines his experience and knowledge with a fantastic bedside manner. He transfers technical information into layman's terms using props and examples so the patient can understand more completely what the operation and outcome should be.
He was very truthful on what he thinks the issue is for now. We will have to wait to see if the shot and steroid help first. If not, we look at best next steps. Liked his approach and honesty. Thank you
