Dr Saunders is very personable and easy to talk to very knowledgeable and explains things very well. We came up with a plan and are following it
I had a great visit. From hello I knew they all cared. At my arrival time they had lots of people checking in and the lovely lady at desk was still super happy and helpful never felt as if I was being ignored. Dr. Saunders was informative and loved my visit. I don’t do doctors but this was pleasant.
Went in for a knee injurie. The staff was very friendly and clean. Nurse was very professional. I am very nervous about needles. Had a cortisone injection. They reassured me I would be fine. Doc did awsome no pain I am hoping to extend not getting surgery if possible. Highly recommend if you need a great dr to go to.
Been in three times over eight months, had a hip replacement scheduled, but have now cancelled. Dr Saunders provides excellent care, his office however is poorly run. I always go to all Dr appointments 20 mins or so early, to respect the doctors time. They have kept me waiting on each early morning visit over an hour, with no respect for my time. Dr. Saunders was recommended by several people in my complex. I can’t say enough about him. He’s kind, caring and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I was scheduled for a total knee replacement on October 6. He cancelled my surgery on September 17. He cancelled it because I had a disagreement with Sandy his Medical Assistant. He would not even hear my side of the conversation. He stated he has plenty of surgeries, and plenty of patience. And it didn't matter if he didn't do one surgery on lose one patient. That's the kind of doctor he is. I would recommend no one ever see again.
I had to wait over two hours to see Dr. Saunders. He spent 5 minutes with me and sent me off for x-rays in their office. Office staff overbooks all the time. Had a follow-up visit and waited over 1 hour. He recommended surgery and then said he was behind and had to see other patients. We had spend only 5 minutes reviewing the MRI and I had questions which he didn't plan to answer at that time. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.
I'm having knee problems and see Dr. Saunders a couple times a year. He has been so caring and explains everything so that I can understand. He said I will eventually need a knee replacement but, we're not at that point yet. He has offered injections and when that doesn't work anymore, he'll do a microscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus and clean up any debris. I think he's the BEST!
I had a severe fall with multiple fractures in the hip, femur bone, & wrist. I am very pleased with the skills & bedside manner of Dr. Saunders. I recommend him highly.
