Wish it could be 5 stars. The doctors and NPs are great but some of the ladies at the front desk are so rude. They often have an attitude and are passive aggressive.
Wish it could be 5 stars. The doctors and NPs are great but the ladies at the front desk are so rude and need basic training on customer service. Why work in customer service if you are going to have an attitude, be passive aggressive and just be very obviously discontent with your job?
Did not want to leave a 1 star rating as I have not brought in my children to Dr. Saul since they denied any chance to accept a new patient. Being a business owner, when referred by a good customer, we always ensure we show up and make the next customer happy… you would think that is how they would operate at this office… I was referred to Dr. Saul by 3 professionals who are very trusted in the TO area.
