It's scary that 2 girls answering the phones with no medical experience on a power trip can stop you from seeing a surgeon to get cancer treatment. Nancy and Maria cancelled my appt with almost no notice. They determined last min that I needed an irrelevant mammogram from years ago that was benign to have an appointment I had been waiting for and took time off to attend.
