We loved living at Saucon View! The grounds, the staff, the pool, and the apartments are all wonderful.
Gary and Melissa are very nice but charged 395$ at move out for normal carpet wear and tear + no fans in the apartment so had to buy our own. Never experienced this in last 6 years of renting.
Repair taken care of promptly and efficiently.

This is a difficult decision for me and they were very reassuring and willing to work within my time frame. They were both so knowledgeable and accommodating, making the entire experience a pleasure. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I felt right at home and can't recommend them and Saucon View enough!"
