RecommendedHad a great time here while visiting Charlotte. Brisket and chopped pork were both delicious. Didn’t need sauce, but the sauce made it even better. Very nice folks!
Pulled pork and chicken was very good. The pork was white meat so must be smoked hams. Chicken was a leg quarter and well smoked and tender and good spice. The brisket was disappointing as chewy on outer bark and bland on the inside portion but was tender. The backribs were covered in sauce like they dipped them but worst of all they were tough and chewy. Need to work on your tenderness. best sauce in town best pork best green tomato and red veniger slaw. just amazing. I've best all around charlotte testing them all and this is the best yet by far.

Cashier was rude, so quickly working through all the questions she wanted to ask about my order that she refused to let me complete my order. The ribs were terrible, I didn't even finish them. Brisket was OK (just OK). how come nobody came by to see how we were doing? Check to see how the food was? Not going back.

The Bbq itself was great. Moist and tender. The choices of Bbq sauce not so great. They should use George’s Bbq sauce as their vinegar sauce it’s much better than what they have now. The Bbq slaw was excellent. They are skimpy on the hush puppies only gave two so I order extra and the hush puppies were just plain corn meal no onions and tasted bland.
