Just for everyone to know if you get a car from this place and have an issue later down the road it will not even get addressed. When I bough my car I was told one thing and when I brought my car in for service for the first oil change at 5k miles I noticed that what I was told was a lie. This was in February and I have talked to multiple people even the GM Chris, they all say they will look into it and I never get a call back.

Super friendly staff was in today having my car serviced had my daughter with me too and everyone was soo nice they did the job so fast and I’m very thankful for a great experience!!
El cajon Kia lied to me. I specifically asked for a specific contract. I didn't get it. I am now being called a liar and everyone here is denying me asking for it. I absolutely would NOT go here!!!!! Horrible horrible customer service! I will be letting everyone know how awful they are and how they really treat there customers.

We absolutely loved our experience at Team Kia El Cajon. My husband had been trying to track me down a Kia Telluride for weeks in the color and package I wanted and was coming up empty left and right. Team Kia finally got one in and sales representative Greg Banach ended up making it happen and did so with exceptional customer service. He worked all the numbers and packages and gave us a phenomenal deal!
