Worst Car Dealer in San Diego. They sell you car that is way too much n want to charge you $150 for diagnostic when your car has safety recall that need to be fix. Dont ever buy in this dealership.
Used to be a loyal Kia owner until today. Very dissatisfied with my time there today. We have the worse experience and a month after I still have to deal with them. Joe and Tony lies to you on your face, they promise things. We trade our car and a month later they haven’t paid my loan and my car is sold already. And good luck getting someone from financing , they keep lying that are calling my husband because they know he’s on deployment and they have my number. If you are military don’t go there!

What can I say? I have no words to describe how helpful and nice they are. I went to ask about my chances of getting a car and honestly I didn't have much hope and I knew my case would be very very challenging. Something kept me there and Bill Turbitt, he was an angel. He understood my situation and he did everything possible to help me, then other people of the team started helping and thanks to them I was able to get a brand new car. I hope none of you get the same experience that's I did! dont believe their ads or anything they say! it's all scam just to get you there! the sales man act likes thugs and they want to argue and the manager acts like a macho man! and I could go back and tell them in their faces. so that was my experience here. and I used to be a car sale man so I know what I'm talking about.
I called beforehand due to all of these negative reviews. The person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they were adhering to the CDC guidelines and to not worry. She seemed to say all the right things. I sent my husband to go in my place and sure enough employees were not wearing masks. He even had to ask the sales person to please wear his mask as he approached my husband.
