I visited Team Kia on the advice of a friend, the same person I worked with approached me. I had just visited another Kia dealership where I stood for several minutes waiting for a salesperson. Finally. I had to ask a young man, do you work here. He said, "yes". I just shook my head. At Team Kia, the salesperson was very polite, he did not take hours like at the other dealership. Went in to trade my car for a SUV the sells person was veey negative. So we walked out why waste my time and run my credit if he is already negative!
