Always a great experience. Jamie always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I enjoy catching up with her. All the ladies in the office are very friendly!
I started with Dr. Holland around 20 years ago. Once, when Dr. H. was booked, I agreed to let a clinic colleague drill out a cavity and fill my tooth. Within a day, the filling popped out; I was angry. I made an appointment with Dr. H. who refilled the tooth and did not even charge me because it was done at his clinic. Hygienist was very nice and answered questions that I had. She was easygoing and easy to talk to. She also gave me helpful advice on how to floss more thoroughly under/behind my wire.
It had been a while since I had been to the dentist partly because I procrastinated and it was easier financially but partly because I wasn't crazy about our family dentist. Today was easy as pie and all went well! Everyone was very friendly and genuine! We're excited to have found a new dental family!
Dr. Satterfield was kind, concerned, and very attentive to my concerns and needs. He's the first dentist that has EVER administered a near painless injection! He was concerned about my comfort level throughout my dental procedures and I appreciated his and his assistant's extremely professional care.

I used to be apprehensive about going to the dentist but not anymore since seeing the Satterfields for 3 reasons: 1. Dental plus insurance coverage 2. Friendly atmosphere and good for a laugh 3. Last but not least: very professional and satisfied with excellent dental work.
