i've been a patient of Dr.Satterfield for over 40 years and never have i had a bad visit. Thats not to say they don't fuss at me but that's my fault.I have seen both Drs. over the years and i know Dr. Satterfield sr better but dr Bryan is just as nice and considerate as his father.
Scheduled cleaning was polite, professional, informative and friendly.
I arrived a few minutes early and within about five minutes I was back with the hygienist.She was very thorough and gentle.Dr. B.H. Satterfield checked my teeth, answered my question and then I checked out promptly at the front desk .The doctors and staff are always friendly and professional.
As always, everyone was very friendly. The hygienist was very gentle. It was a good experience.
My experience was great. From beginning to end. No waiting in the lobby to be seen. Leaving was the same. Everyone is so nice!
They Did A Fantastic Job with my cleaning and instructions on maintaining healthy teeth.
