I went in for a regular cleaning. I was called back pretty much on my appointment time. The cleaning was very thorough and also done with great care. From checking in to checking out, everything went well.
I was in and out for my cleaning in good time. That is appreciated. Kindness and courtesy are also appreciated!
All went fine. The instrument for doing the full mouth X-ray was a big improvement over the old way!

Unlike going to the doctor I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I've been going to Satterfield Family Dental for a long time and will continue to do so. Jamie is the best dental hygienist on the planet. When she cleans my teeth it is so relaxing I could fall asleep. I enjoy it and am sad when it's over. Dr. Satterfield Sr. and Jr. are both super cool dudes. And the front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Today's experience was fantastic, the highlight of my day.
I don't remember her name, but she was a very pleasant person and seemed to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be accomplished. She explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way. I left with a high level of confidence that the job had been completed and completed correctly.
