Even if I didn't need my teeth checked, I'd schedule appointments just to visit the wonderful people who always make me feel welcome, cared for, and like family. Plus I get expert, professional dental care. Every time I go in it is an awesome experience all the way around.
The staff and Dr. Satterfield were kind and caring while being very professional. Their professionalism and concern gives you confidence in their ability to do their job. I'll definitely reccomend them to my friends and family. To be honest I'd called and made an appointment with another office when my tooth broke because it has been a while since I'd visited his office. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Everything was very nice - from my welcome upon entering, answer to my question at the desk, asking if it was ok to go to a different hygienist, thorough cleaning and check, all the way to check out and goodbyes. It's always nice to see familiar faces and to get truly friendly smiles. I always look forward to catching a glimpse of the technician(?) who helped Dr. Satterfield with my crowns. Dr Satterfield and the Staff are # 1 in my book. Just as always everything was 5 stars.
When I explained that it was an emergency visit that the crown on my molar had come off, I was booked into a late morning appointment to put it back on.
