I cannot say enough good things about Satterfield and Dempsy. My husband and I bought my engagement ring there 5 years ago and I had it repaired 5 times for various issues (none were the fault of the store). When I finally realized I just needed a different style ring they allowed me to trade my old one in for the full value and I was able to pick a new sturdier ring at no cost to me. You don’t usually get service like this today and I was very impressed by their willingness to make me happy with my service. Very well done!
