Came in here last weekend with my mother's boyfriend (they live in North Carolina and were visiting). I've been in once before but this experience was much better. The gentleman that helped us pick out earrings for her was very nice. They gift wrapped it which helped since we were meeting up with her right after. To be honest, we had gone to Kay before here (only because it was closer) and both walked right out. They're not personal there. Much better attentiveness to customers here at Satterfield. Thank you!
