Transphobic and don’t even respond to criticisms. Use copy pasted paragraphs as their response every time someone mentions their discrimination 🙄
The only way they could improve would be for them to shut down. They drop people as patients just for being trans, stalk them on Facebook, and then LIE about what happened with copypasted PR nonsense. Every doctor and nurse who works here needs to have their license revoked.
I certainly would not reccomend them, especially if you are trans. They turned a trans patient away when she was in need of help and then had the nerve to invade her personal Facebook page and insinuate that she is a liar. At best, it's completely unprofessional behavior, and at worst it is bigoted harassment to boot.
They discriminate against the lgbt community and went as far as to stalk and harass someone on their own Facebook page for not having a good experience at this clinic. Extremely unprofessional.
