Amazing. Erica was so focused and thorough. She is an absolute color expert. I was going for silver and she nailed it. Juan did my cut and it's honestly art. It was far less cut and more of a sculpture. When he told me he was having fun cutting my hair the experience was even better. I walked into work with WOW factor hair. I will never go anywhere else.
