RecommendedGreat food, service and atmosphere! The bartender was friendly, attentive and knowledgable of cocktails as well as the menu .
The restaurant is located just a few block from the Hudson River. They have a very competent staff of server and chef. The wine list is extensive especially the French wines. The food is made with fresh ingredients locally grown. The atmosphere is comfortable without being over the top.
Our go to celebration spot. Food is fabulous and Theo the perfect host.
The Times review said it best, everything here is a better version of the same thing anywhere else. Satis' execution is exemplary, and if there is anything you try for the first time, try it at Satis to learn what it's supposed to taste like when done perfectly. FOH also makes sure every Satis visit makes you want to come back for more good times. Everything works together so well here it is a miraculous gem.

We found this nice little bistro in downtown Jersey City on Sunday. The food was delicious and the waiter was great.
Very pretty ambiance.. good service..located in downtown Jersey city.. The pork shank was delicious and tender.. reservations suggested ..highly recommend this restaurant
