Office staff is run by the hospital. They are rude and don't care about the patients. Dr. Nathan is very kind. Its too bad he is subjected to working in such a toxic environment.
The best family Dr who cares about u and takes time to visit with you.
Dr Nathan is a wonderful doctor. I've never met a more caring and dedicated doctor. I moved to orchard park from niagara falls 25 years ago and he is still my primary.
