When Sassy's first opened, they were spot on!. But over the years they ave gone downhill and gotten lazy. Today took the cake though to make me never want to never give them my business again. When you make appointments for 4 pedicures, days in advance, they should honor those appointments. Walked in for an 11:00 appt and every chair was full, and from where they were in their stages, they had at least 30 minutes to go. What is the point of making appointments?
