Didn’t feel like the cleanest place — large bugs kept on landing on me in the middle of my session and making me flinch. I had to keep asking the staff doing my nails to clean up the polish around my cuticles in some spots and fill in around others, but it didn’t really feel like a job well done at all. Absolutely terrible experience. Ruined my whole day. Did not listen to what I wanted to up charged by $40. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable business strategy. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS.

My girlfriend visited for a soak-off service however, the nails were removed improperly without actually doing the soak-off procedure, resulting in damage to her natural nails. During the process, she clearly communicated that she was experiencing significant pain. Despite this, she was told “it’s okay,” and the service continued without adjustment or consideration for her discomfort. The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely went in with better looking nails than I left with and will attach an image to prove it. I asked for French tip pedicure and the staff spent 45 minutes trying to do it, got paint all over my legs and clothing and then told me “their staff don’t know how to do arched french” — I then left with my nails incomplete, not even a top coat and they charged me for the incomplete pedicure. Would strongly recommend going somewhere else. I wish I never went.
