We recently had an outstanding experience at the warmly welcoming beautiful decor & ambiance SASSY NAIL BAR! The very friendly talented professional nail experts HALEY & CRYSTAL did outstanding pedicures on my daughter & myself, and CRYSTAL also did daughter's manicure: beautiful results! Didn’t feel like the cleanest place — large bugs kept on landing on me in the middle of my session and making me flinch. I had to keep asking the staff doing my nails to clean up the polish around my cuticles in some spots and fill in around others, but it didn’t really feel like a job well done at all. There’s an even coat on some nails whereas other nails look lumpy and you can see the layers of polish underneath the top coat. Absolutely terrible experience. Ruined my whole day. Did not listen to what I wanted to up charged by $40. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable business strategy. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS.

My girlfriend visited for a soak-off service however, the nails were removed improperly without actually doing the soak-off procedure, resulting in damage to her natural nails. During the process, she clearly communicated that she was experiencing significant pain. Despite this, she was told “it’s okay,” and the service continued without adjustment or consideration for her discomfort.
