My girlfriend visited for a soak-off service however, the nails were removed improperly without actually doing the soak-off procedure, resulting in damage to her natural nails. During the process, she clearly communicated that she was experiencing significant pain. The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely went in with better looking nails than I left with and will attach an image to prove it. I asked for French tip pedicure and the staff spent 45 minutes trying to do it, got paint all over my legs and clothing and then told me “their staff don’t know how to do arched french” — I then left with my nails incomplete, not even a top coat and they charged me for the incomplete pedicure. Would strongly recommend going somewhere else. I wish I never went.
