Food is awesome here. And it's a great place to see live shows.
The fried chicken was moist and tender, the chorizo sausage country gravy with mashed potatoes were delicious. The Guido Pizza was all around great from the tasty crust to abundant toppings. Definitely happy with the dinner entrees. The dessert unfortunately was a disappointment. The chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting tasted like it had been sitting in a refrigerator for way too long. The buttercream broke off in chunks instead of having a creamy consistency. Fried cheese cheeseburger is where it's at. And they even make their ketchup in-house. Always my go-to lunch stop when I head to Carson for the hot springs!
Fish and chips was okay. Three tiny pieces of fish for 16 bucks was not a fair deal. Not much flavor to the fish but the homemade ketchup is amazing.
We have visited 3 times at different hours. Fabulous service and top quality food. So nice to have something like this in Carson City!
