The owners take pride in their food and customer service. Great looking and reasonable priced sushi.
My family and I eat here three or four times a month. The food is always delicious and fresh. And most importantly for a sushi restaurant, Peter (the sushi chef and owner), knows his fish. I only eat sushi and I've been lucky to have some of the freshest fish served to me. The fish at Sashimi is always fresh, high-quality and prepared skillfully.
