I had occipital neuralgia for over two years. I had to self diagnose but I was seeing a neurologist. Under went nerve block injections into my head every 3 months. Finally found Dr.Reddy on line at Hopkins got a office visit he looked at my scans and mri and my list of treatments. He asked if I heard of occipital nerve decompression surgery.
