This Upper East Side sushi bar is not one of those places where pseudo or watered down versions of sushi make their way to your plate. You get to eat the real stuff here. The sign displayed at the entrance says "today's special, trust me". And you will more than trust the chef for the delectable fresh seafood. The Omakase menu changes daily but has some regular favorites. The decor is minimalist, almost non-existent except for some bamboo that serves as the only adornment.
