Incredible, as always. Sasabune is the best of the best.
Had an excellent time here! We went very close to the end of the day so the restaurant was pretty quiet. All of the sushi was extremely good, and we had a lovely chat with the chef behind the counter prepping the omakase. The service was very attentive and each piece of sushi was introduced. The sake was good as well. Note that when they ask for preferences/allergies at the beginning of the meal, they are also asking if you want an oyster that’s probably on the menu for that meal.

This is the sushi go to. Full stop. Lime pepper red snapper: punchy, present, never overwhelming. Black cod: sweet, a little vinegar, served warm, so perfect. Food, service, atmosphere, all of it. Go.
