I have been a customer here and genuinely wanted to continue supporting this salon, which makes this review disappointing to write. During my most recent visit, I showed a reference photo before the service began and was never told that the design couldn’t be recreated as requested. I left with a set that looked significantly different from the inspiration photo, and the quality was not what I expected for the price. If you are looking for a nail salon that can actually execute nail art, look no further! Sasa Nail Salon is absolutely incredible. The staff here is so incredibly friendly and welcoming—they genuinely make you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. Sasa nails is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The nails always last so long, never chip, shape is always perfect, and she can do literally any design or request you could ever imagine perfectly. A true artist. I have gone to many nail salons but have kept coming back here since I was 16 (im 24 now) because they are the absolute best. Never a single complaint. She is amazing and very talented. Great atmosphere as well. I drive 30 minutes to get here from Loveland every time because it’s worth it
