Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no willingness to accommodate the customer. It felt like they couldn’t care less about providing decent service. Customer service needs a serious improvement here.

I went there with my daughter-in-law and my wife for their hair-do, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We were quoted one price initially, but a higher amount was charged at the end. When we asked about the difference, the staff became rude and argumentative. Very disappointing customer service and a lack of transparency with pricing.

Very disappointing experience. We were clearly quoted $25, but were charged $35 instead. When we questioned the extra $10, rather than calmly explaining the difference, the staff became argumentative and started fighting with us. If the price is $35, simply quote $35 upfront. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with surprise charges and arguments over pricing. Very unprofessional.

SCAMMERS! Absolutely terrible experience. They quote you one price to get you in, then charge you more when it’s time to pay. When you question the difference, they become rude and argumentative instead of taking responsibility. It feels completely dishonest and misleading. Stay away!

Rude as hell staff and absolutely no flexibility or understanding. There was zero respect for the customer, and the overall attitude was extremely unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect from a business that values its customers.
