Questionable business practices, for example one huge practice is that they are renting units to full time renters that sign a 1 year lease without full disclosure about the units. We had the best experience dealing with Sarvis Management in taking care of our home in sweet little Southern Pines. Dana, Rhonda, and Shannon… sweet and hard working ladies over there! Always quick to respond and work on any issues or upkeep that was needed to make our home a more livable place. Can’t forget about Poncho and Mike… professional, knowledgeable, and talented when it came to fixing things and home improvement. They also taught us a thing or two! 5+ stars all around. We will miss them!!
They seem to reject every application I put in regardless of credit and income improvement. Nothing is good enough to rent properties from them even though I came highly recommended by several current and former clientele. Also retired military
