The staff is horrible specially the office in Norwalk the receptionist Janeth is very sarcastic. She’s answers the phone with an actitud and hang up the telephone for no reason. The doctors are very nice but the staff is not friendly. Who ever is in charge of this office should train all the staff. Special this receptionist. I don’t recommend this office.
Staff is HORRIBLE, they speak to you with a attitude! They never answer the phone and when they do they place you on hold for 10 minutes, I like the Doctors so that is why I stay but even then somtimes I just want to never go back. My children have been patient's there for over 11 years, they used to have a AMAZING front office staff who always smiled and chit chated with you now your lucky if you get a hello from the staff.
