I took our new puppy, Odin, to his first vet visit at Sarno Animal Hospital. I was running late and called to inform how late I thought I would be. The doctor had a surgery scheduled right after Odin's appointment. He postponed the surgery to ensure Odin was seen and taken care of. I have had dogs all my life and have been to many vets. I have to say that Sarno Animal Hospital went above and beyond. Their love of not only their job but the animals, honestly shows as soon as you walk in the front door. Recently took our new Corgi pup in for her 2nd vet visit. This is our 4th dog to be seen by Doc and staff and we are satisfied with the service there. Staff is helpful and friendly and lavish lots of love on the animals. Took the time to go through a new puppy parenting class even though this was not our first puppy.
I have been trying to get e refund for a procedure that was never done. Every time I call I'm told they are busy and can't help me. I paid by check that has cleared and they want to refund me on my charge statement that I don't use. A business should refund in the same method of payment. They have put me off for nearly a month.. beware
The staff and Dr were friendly and very knowledgable. Being a new puppy mommy I appreciated their help answering all my puppy questions Yvonne Howell

Amazing and caring staff! They are always nice, polite and informative!
We have been using Sarno for over 2 1/2 years. We love Dr Ponte and his staff. They always make our pets feel at ease and let us know step by step what they are doing and why . Dr Ponte loves to teach us as well, todays lesson was how to determine a kittens age!! Wouldn't go anywhere else with our family members Niko Loki and Cali Rey.
The staff is great and they always are so happy to see us and our animals! Great service and best animal care I've had. Thank you guys for taking care of Niko and Cali! :)
